What is Laundry Rewards?
Laundry Rewards is our new shopping portal designed to turn your everyday purchases into rewards points to use towards laundry.
How is this different from CSC Marketplace?

Can I use my Laundry Rewards for anything else?
No. Laundry Rewards can only be redeemed for laundry cycles and, if you do not use them, they are not refundable or redeemable.
How do I track my Rewards?
Within Laundry Rewards tap/click “Your Rewards” in the top right, and you will navigate to the earnings dashboard. This is a track record of your Shop & Earn transactions, their payment statuses, and your progress towards your next reward.
How do I activate a reward offer in Laundry Rewards?
Simply tap/click on a retailer in the Shop & Earn category from the home page, and you will be directed to the retailer site to complete the transaction.
How are my rewards tracked from Laundry Rewards to the retailer site?
Initiate your shopping experience from the app, your login information will be used through your shopping experience to accurately track your purchases and rewards.
Why did I not earn Laundry Rewards on my purchase?
If your purchase is not showing up in the Your Rewards dashboard and you did not receive rewards on your purchase, it is most likely that you were not logged in to your laundry app account during the transaction, or that the session was interrupted and your
information was not tracked.
Reminder: if you begin a session through a Shop & Earn retailer offer and abandon the transaction/clear your cookies/navigate away from the site and come back later without first navigating through Laundry Rewards, you will not earn rewards.
How long does it take to receive my rewards?
Typically, Laundry Rewards will appear in the Your Rewards dashboard within 10 days and change from Pending to Paid within 60-90 days but can occasionally be longer. This is controlled by the retailer.
How do I know if the rewards paid are correct?
In the Your Rewards dashboard the transactions will list the amount earned and can be cross referenced with the retailer’s original offer.
How do I redeem my Laundry Rewards for laundry?
Your rewards are automatically applied to your laundry app’s wallet and will appear as a payment option when starting a cycle! Remember, rewards can only be redeemed for laundry cycles.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes, it is. Laundry Rewards uses your login credentials to track your purchases through our retailer portal and reward your purchases.
